Merill Fernando Migrated From DasBlog to BlogEngine.NET with BlogML

Two days ago Merill Fernando published a blog post on his blog to describe his migration story from DasBlog to BlogEngine.NET with BlogML as the migration tool.

Merill isn't the first guy who has migrated from DasBlog to BlogEngine with BlogML but he has a new way for his own that he has described in the post.

Fortunately Merill hasn't faced with any major troubles and has been able to finish the migration easily.

He also has written about the simplicity of import process to BlogEngine.NET, our partner and one of the best blogging engines on the web.

Good news for BlogML! After a short while of silence for me on BlogML 2.5 coding, I'm going to return to the progress of developing BlogML 2.5 and will write about its details very soon.

Hey Keyvan, I need to thank you guys for the wonderful work you've done with BlogML. You know that a piece of technology is really good when it just works.

Take for example that I would have actually posted about BlogML and bitched about it if it didn't work. My post didn't even have a link to BlogML.

Brings to mind a quote from Arthur C. Clarke's 'Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic'!

Keep up the magic guys!
